Job Fair: Direct recruitment to 4134 unemployed through employment fair
The officials of the District Employment Office organized a fair for the youth, giving the option of offline and online mediums for recruitment. July 24, 2023 Kangra, Mandi and Chamba district employment office officials have organized a joint fair to promote youth employment. In this fair, youth from all over the state will get a chance to get employment opportunities. The fair has been organized for three days from July 25 to July 27, 2023. On July 25, the recruitment of youth will be done through offline medium, in which the candidates have been asked to carry their documents along with them. Here the representatives of various companies will get an opportunity to interview the candidates.
Recruitment will be done on July 26 through both online and offline means. Recruitment in the offline medium will require the youth to reach the venue of the fair, while video conferencing will be used by the companies for the interview in the online medium. The main purpose of taking interview through online medium is with those companies, who could not participate in this fair due to any reason. Recruitment will be done through online only on 27th July. On this day candidates have to be ready for interview through their webcam and internet connection. The interviews will be conducted by the representatives of the companies through online video conferencing.
